Requirements
The Opportunity
We are looking for an incredible Customer Success and Community Manager to help build our global brand and share our story with users, creators, partners, media, and more. You will have full ownership of this highly impactful division, so this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and entrepreneurial person who wants to work across several aspects of the customer lifecycle. We are a well-funded, early-stage startup that will give you a lot of freedom to work as well as plenty of guidance and input from the brilliant minds in our team. While this role is designed for an independent contractor, we are hoping we find in you a full-time addition to our team! Compensation, in the form of a monthly retainer, will be commensurate with experience.
Who You Are:
5 years + of experience in a similar role - customer service, account management, etc.
Specialist in communicating to communities, including experience with managing group chats, newsletters, events & meetups & posting content and updates
Deep experience with customer retention including: monitoring and analysing user experience, implementing approvals, reporting, building automation strategies, and more
Skilled in working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
Deep understanding of customers concerns and the thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
An enthusiastic and self-motivated nature, always looking for ways to improve
Ideally based in the Europe/CET time zone
Native-level fluency in English; other languages a plus!
Keen interest and past experience in the blockchain space is a big plus
At PUBLC, you will help us:
Use user research via feedback, reviews and surveys to improve and develop the PUBLC experience.
Create a support structure for publishers and users alike, including through newsletters and other content.
Assist with user/Publisher onboarding, activation, and Zendesk support.
Supporting our curators through content training, topic administration/management, and daily content approvals.
Prioritization and creation of retention strategies, including monitoring and reporting on user and publishing activity.
Work closely with the Marketing & Social Media Manager and the Customer Success & Community Manager to drive the business forward.
