Hi! We're looking for an Onboarding Manager that will spearhead onboarding and oversee new hire performance and clients after they have been transitioned from Sales. The Onboarding Manager will guide the new hires with the client's company policy, rules and procedure, ensuring that the new hires are welcomed to the company and well versed in the organization's standard and practices as they embark on their new roles.
Location: Remote, AEDT timezone
Engagement: Full-time role, 40 hours per week

For this position, you'll be working on...
Spearhead onboarding with new launching campaigns
Guide new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to their new roles
Deliver a seamless handoff from Onboarding to Operational Phase
Performance monitoring in the first 90 days of the new hires during the onboarding phase.
Facilitate performance reviews with the client and provide feedback and recommendation when necessary.
Build scorecard which would incorporate to client's expectations
Providing progress reports to clients and upper management regarding the successes and failures of the onboarding process.
Handle issuance of Performance improvement plan as needed during the onboarding phase.
Serves as the main point of contact of clients and new hires for all inquiries, concerns and updates during the onboarding process.
Requirements
What we're looking for...
At least five (5) solid years of experience with strong background in onboarding, operations and client management
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, performance and operations management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Strong ability to multitask and deliver on deadlines
Ability to manage multiple clients/campaigns simultaneously.
You've worked remotely or with clients in other countries and are comfortable being your own manager.
