We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team in Manila. In your role, you will help businesses get the most out of Lightspeed's Hospitality Products through successful onboarding, sharing hospitality best practice, product adoption and overall customer experience in order to support their business goals.
What you'll be doing:
Guide and coach your customers through their journey to adopt Lightspeed's technology and create value in their business by phone, email, and video conference
Maximise customer retention by providing excellent customer service, product knowledge and sharing best practices
Keep in touch with your portfolio of merchants to proactively identify opportunities for up-sell or churn mitigation
Stay engaged with and informed about your portfolio of customers - driving product usage, and maintaining customer advocacy
Assist merchants in managing their commercial relationship with Lightspeed, including cancellation, downgrade, hardware purchases/returns, etc

Serve as an escalation point for issues that challenge your customers' success
Supporting strategic hospitality-focused projects
Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren't strictly within the scope of your role
What you need to bring:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
Hospitality Industry experience preferred, but not needed
Knowledge of SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Support is desired
Verbal and communication skills are one of your strongest attributes - people enjoy talking to you, trust you easily, and you often win arguments
Solution oriented - when you see a problem you jump into problem solving mode
Process minded - your instinctive approach to a problem is to build a process or implement a system
Calm under pressure - no matter how tough it gets, you're positive and empathetic to those around you
