Description
TASKS AND FUNCTIONS:
• Responsible for existing account management and client's communications and conflict resolution;
• Discovering the client's business needs and proposing appropriate solutions;
• Tracks and coordinates all activities occurring for each account;
• Coordinating client meetings/webinars;
• Retaining existing customers;
• Negotiating and closing contracts, maintain excellent client relationships, and continually build opportunity pipeline;
• Entering all required data for sales onto Salesforce;
• Creating quotes and sending out to customers following a sale;
• Updating Salesforce and inputting information on customers;
• Following up with past customers and cross-selling products; and
• Providing assistance to other members of the account management team.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Excellent English communication skills through emails
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Confident and can clarify concerns if needed
• Reliable and professional
• Knowledgeable in using Office applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Applications
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have at least 2-year work experience dealing with International Clients;
• Must be willing to work Night Shift Schedules
