QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any course.
Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Knowledgeable with MS Office applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint
With Logistics industry experience working as Sales & CSR.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Willing to relocate to Manila
