Roles and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Support is to provide customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat support;
- provide support to the cleaning contractors
- receive and create cleaning appointment bookings from clients
manage client booking schedules
- dispatch jobs to cleaning contractors
- send communications to clients and cleaning contractors
- support the Operations Director
- perform a variety of administrative tasks
- receive inbound calls from potential new customers
c- omplete basic daily tasks such as charge cards, send SMS and send schedules
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' Customer Service experience
A Successful Candidate must have
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
