Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a BPO company
3 years experience as a Team Lead
Bachelor's degree holder in any field
Amenable to work at night shift and working holidays
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via various channels using designated ERP, operating systems and web-based tools
Ability to research answers using multiple resources to satisfy customer inquiries in a timely manner
Handle all escalations, customer inquiries - calls, email, web transactions to ensure satisfaction, while supporting the account's Key Performance Indicator's (KPIs)
Act as a liaison with sales personnel, distributors, and service personnel to meet and exceed customer expectations
Manage customer communication flow on promotions and product information
Respond for ensuring that customer service issues are resolved within a timely manner
Provide coaching, support and feedback to promote the development and effectiveness of direct reports
Continually drive to improve quality and delivery by monitoring key performance indicators (KPI's) and initiate corrective plans as needed
Meeting regularly with clients to address issues or assist sales efforts
Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Strong attention to detail required
