CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
A Telesales Representative (Cebu City Based) is a sales professional who uses the phone (and sometimes email or other communication tools) to reach out to potential or existing customers and sell products or services. Their goal is to generate revenue by converting leads into customers.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
Use scripts to provide information about products or services.
Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs.
Persuade customers to make a purchase or book a meeting.
Record and update customer information in a CRM system.
Follow up on leads or previous calls.
Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
Sales-oriented mindset and persuasive abilities.
Basic computer literacy (CRM, spreadsheets, email).
High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may prefer higher education).
Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Patience and resilience to handle rejection.
Confidence and enthusiasm.
Good time management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
