Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Business Administration or any related courses
Work experience as a CSR in a freight forwarding/logistics company is required
With knowledge of local and international carriers and routes
Has the ability to organize shipments
With mediation and negotiation skills
With ability to cope well with pressure and work with deadlines
With ability to handle unpredicted scenarios
