Job Responsibilities:
Your will deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our guest through communication channels (Phone and Email).
Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from guest.
Manage, record and resolve promptly on guest complaints
Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
Ensure the customer will give a review after they check-out
Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
Provide polite, professional and accurate response.
Ability to communicate effectively with guest and colleagues.
Right attitude and interested to learn, love meeting people and passionate.
Assist with the daily reservations process, servicing guest needs and queries.
Requirements

Possess good interpersonal skills.
Committed & strong sense of urgency towards the deadline.
A team player with high commitment and ability to perform under pressure.
Must be able to communicate in English as they will need to deal with different clients.
Should be comfortable working in a fast changing and growing global environment where accountability, quality, timeliness are key components.
Ability to work shift and during the weekend.
