Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers via chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, payment and issues.
• Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Crypto, Web3 Experience is a plus!
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advices, and provide feedback.
• Handle customer complaints, any special cases or ad hoc tasks.
• High level of honesty and integrity. Proactive and meticulous. A sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation.
•Passionate for customer service industry.

• 23-30 years old (Any gender)
• Amenable to work in Makati
Earn up to PHP 21-24k monthly + 150 Food Allowance Per Month
Room for Promotion
