Description
PURPOSE
As a customer service representative, responsible for all the written communication between the company and the users of our e-learning products. Our users vary from students to hospitals, and with this role's broad knowledge about the company and our products, one should be able to help them in the best possible way. This role will work with various teams and other international offices.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Solve problems of the customers independently with your knowledge of the company, products, and protocols
•Answer all the questions of our customers via e-mail, in a timely manner
•Communicate various problems/topics raised by customer to the relevant stakeholders, in order to solve these concerns in a timely manner
•Actively contribute ideas of process optimization, both internally and externally
•Go the extra mile in assisting the customers to ensure they are happy with our products and services
•Support the sales team with back-office related requests
•Make sure sensitive information is handled with great care
•Responsible for qualitative excellent (team) work
QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferably with one (1) year experience in a customer-faced role
• Able to perform well under pressure
• Team player, but at the same time able to work independently
• Affinity with working in cross-cultural teams
• Excellent written communication skills
• Able to empathize with customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft products
• Problem solving skills
• Perseverance when faced with challenges
• Thrive to continuously work on self-development
