Duties and Responsibilities* Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
* Responds promptly to customer inquiries.
* Communicates with customers through various channels.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Qualifications:
At least college education, graduate not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in both oral & written Filipino (Tagalog) and English is a must.
Based in Metro Manila or willing to travel to Quezon City.
Basic computer literacy for Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), internet navigation, and messaging/ telecommunication applications (Skype, Zoom, Whatsapp, Google Meet, Viber, etc.)
Experienced in customer service.
