Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
Job Qualification
Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal English communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
College Graduates of any course with no previous experience OR college undergraduates with at least 6 months of BPO / call center experience.
Willing to work on any sites in Metro Manila.
Can start ASAP
Willing to work on Shifting schedules.
