Job Description
Oversees and leads the strategic planning, development, implementation of new recruitment processes and trends to ensure company's competitiveness in recruiting
Drive the design, development and delivery of effective sourcing plans
Supervises the Recruitment Team and report on its performance
Ensure candidate management tools are used effectively and efficiently
Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk
Spearheads the review and standardization of processes by implementing process management activities to meet service levels and optimize resources
Develops and produces reports and metrics which assist in forecasting, measuring and evaluating talent acquisition activity and quality
Managers the team in running process improvement projects, setting up goals, tasks, and monitoring performance
Job Qualification
At least Senior Highschool Graduate
Call center experience is preferred but not required
Good communication skills
Can start ASAP- Must have the ff requirements:
a. MUST HAVE a stable internet connection (at 10 mbps or higher)
b. Private workspace at home
c. Work-at-home space must be noise and distraction-free
Other equipments will be provided by the company.
