Job Description
Assists the service supervisors daily tasks in manpower handling, documentation and customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Receives customer calls from to time to time, weather (inquiry, scheduling, products and services) given that he/she can answer technical questions of various clients and projects.
Regularly checks emails regarding services to clients.
Assist in preparing quotations for check up of various type of equipment from AMICI.
Assist in warehouse inquiry about pricing, stock availability and lead time (arrival) of parts and equipment before the preparing the quotation.
Assist in preparing quotation for parts replacement and repairs of various type of equipment from AMICI
Assist in preparing quotations for preventive maintenance of various type of equipment from AMICI.
Ensures that all quotation have been audited by the service supervisor before sending into his/her clients.
Ensures that all (Sale Orders) has been audited by Service Supervisor before releasing on Amici Businessware (AB).
Assist in encoding of reports to Amici Businessware (AB)after receiving the returned (SRF) Service Request Form from technicians.
Submits pink SRF attachment to billing and collection of attachment of work accomplishment.
Assist in arranging and printing schedules in preparation for the next day.
Reports directly to the Service Supervisor and Service Manager
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of at least BS in Industrial Engineering/BS Industrial Technology, Electrical/Electromechanical courses or any Technical course related to that filed.
Analyzing Information, General Math Skills, Knowledge in minor troubleshooting, Reporting Research Result, Dealing with Complexity, Presentation Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Drafting, Analytical Tools, Attention to Details and has good Customer Relation/Handling Skills.
Preferably with at least 6 months of related experience in customer service and or servicing.
Must be willing to be assigned in Mandaue City, Cebu
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php12,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
