Description
Create value for customers through accurate and on time delivery of service thru call, emails and order entry. This position is responsible for direct customer contact in all areas regarding product selection, order placement, pricing, complaints, technical help, product returns and issues, expedites, customer deductions, credit and literature requests. Notification to customers on promotions, specials, shortages and any other relevant information.
Responsibilities
SERVICE LEVEL AND PRODUCTIVITY
1.Provide professional and efficient customer service as guided by the defined process and procedure, using tools and systems, within the assigned function or scope of work as follows:
• Phone Support
• Email Support
• Portal/ EDI Support
• Order Entry and Back office
• Order Management and Post Sales
• Customer Account Set Up
• Other duties as required and assigned
2. Manage efficient usage of production time and company resources through the following:
• Accuracy and on time processing of orders
• Accuracy and on time delivery of customer request
• Maintaining productivity within acceptable transaction levels
Additional Functions
1. Attends training, workshop, seminar, and focus group discussions of the team
2. Work within defined Manila Commercial and Residential Solutions operational and employee goals by contributing to other projects, if needed.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience gained from interactive customer service and related functions.
Preferably has background with Order entry or Order management.
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City on a NIGHTSHIFT schedule.
