Welink MCS is hiring for a Customer Service Representatives on behalf of a client partner in the BPO Company

Educational Qualification:
• At least 2 years in college, has experience handling inbound customer service calls in BPO/call center setting, Candidate from technical support background would be an added advantage.
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve customer concerns and queries
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong comprehension ability
• Willing to work in a fixed night schedule
• Temporary Work from Home arrangement but must be willing to work in office when requested (Strong internet broadband or fiber connection required, 20 MBPS or higher speed)
