Job Description:
Successful candidates will be responsible for handling service support calls, as well as promote and cross sell value added services to various customers
Qualifications:
- At least of legal age
- Above average to excellent communication skills in English
- 6 months or longer call center experience or related job experience
- computer savvy
- Valid NBI (6 months to 1 year from date of joining)
WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS:
- Highly stable internet connection - 15mbps or faster
- Wired connection from modem/router to PC
- Conducive workspace away from distractions
