We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fantastic team! This is for a DAYSHIFT Australian account - Saturdays and Sundays off.
We are in need of a capable Customer Service Representative who will ensure that our client’s customers receive prompt, friendly, and clear instructions and communications. Someone who has had prior experience in customer service with a thirst for learning new skills would be a perfect candidate for the role.
Responsibilities
Write responses to questions and include supporting information
Answer customer inquiries regarding products and service questions; suggest information about other products and services
Provide customer service by email and phone
Solve concerns and collect feedback or KPIs
Establish outbound calls to different recipients
Answer inbound calls and capture necessary details
Learn various portal login and processes
Perform admin related tasks across all areas of the business
Manage client’s email and prepare reports which include data on sales, customers, etc.
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a phone, email, fast-paced & dynamic customer environment
Experience as a Trainer, Team Leader, or related position preferably in a call center
High level of English communication skills - both written and verbal
Well-oriented with any of the following; Microsoft Office applications, database management, and other web and desktop applications
Strong problem-solving skills
Can work well in a team
Able to work with minimal supervision
Open to feedback and keen to learn
Outstanding customer service skills
Inherent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail
