- Provide technical support for resolution of customers' problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries
- Liaise with other support teams as necessary to resolve customer requests or incidents
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
Qualifications:
- Graduates of any course; or
- Undergraduates with at least 2 years in college and with 6 months of work experience as CSR/TSR
- Good communication skills
