Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensures that all customer concerns are being communicated with the concerned personnel or departments for evaluation and proper action.
2. Keeps accurate records of correspondence with customers and internal personnel for future references.
3. Provides history, references and other documents needed for the investigation of customer concerns.
4. Creates reports regarding service, logistics, installation, preventive maintenance, testing and commissioning, etc., to initiate corrective and preventive actions.
5. Monitor project concerns
6. Set management and monitoring project standards
7. Maintain system
8. Coordinate between vendors, internal organizations and customers
Job Specifications:
1. Must be a graduate of any business course
2. Must be a team player
3. Must have good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
4. Must be good in report writing, time management, leadership and spreadsheets
5. Must have basic problem-solving skills6. Must be able to work well under pressure
7. Amenable to work in Quezon City
8. Can start ASAP
