We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and provide exceptional support to guests and clients in the Spa and Wellness industry. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and at least 1 year of CSR experience handling calls, emails, and live chats.As part of our on-site support team, you'll be the first point of contact for guests - assisting them with bookings, inquiries, feedback, and overall service satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients and guests.
Assist customers with booking appointments, confirming reservations, and answering service-related questions.
Provide accurate information about spa and wellness services, promotions, and policies.
Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Document customer interactions and feedback using internal systems.
Collaborate with the operations and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests always.
RequirementsQualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative role (BPO or hospitality background preferred).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to work on-site and flexible with scheduling.
Customer-oriented with a passion for providing outstanding service.
Experience in the hospitality or wellness industry is a plus.
