Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
At least 2 years in college, general education degree, or equivalent.
Proficiency in using computers and software.
Experience working with customer support.
