Customer Service rep/dispatchLondon Outsourced

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Support Representative to add to our team. Reporting directly to the Operations and/ or Dispatch Manager, the Customer Service Representative works closely with the sales, customer service, accounting, dispatch and marketing teams helping out with a variety of tasks and projects that ultimately help to support the company's sales goals.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Process all incoming inquiries and issues, relaying confirmations to customers in a timely manner
· Answers incoming phone calls/emails regarding appointments and install status, tracking, etc
· Coordinate order with customers, sales agents, and upper management
· Communicate changes to the customers, sales agents and technicians
· Enter new customer information into the portal and maintain accurate customer files
· Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· 2+ years related customer service experience
· The candidate should possess superior organizational skills.
· Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
· Strong telephone skills and can show enthusiasm and grace when helping customers
· Exposure to or recent experience with the sales/ HVAC industry is a strong plus but not required
