Successful candidates will be responsible for handling service support calls, as well as promote and cross sell
value added services to various customers
Qualifications:
• At least 18 years of age
• A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
• At least a high school graduate and with basic web navigation skills
• With good communication skills
• Willing to start immediately
• Must have at least 6 months accounts recievable experience
• Must have collections experience
• Preferably with Credit Control / Administrative experience
• Veda Check experience is an advantage.
• JD Edwards (JDE) preferred.
