• Has 1 year and above call center experience handling international accounts.
• Background with financial/sales international programs/accounts is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written (at least neutral accent).
• Has exceptional customer service skills.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
