RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Developing and maintaining relationship with customers
Establishing in-depth knowledge of company products
Keeping an accurate record of all sales, scheduled client engagements, and customer complaints
Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization process and procedures/standards.
Facilitate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Accept and Examine clients concerns.
Monitors marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed.
Evaluating the effectiveness of what strategies needed for bank transactions
Communicate to bank partners for our clients loan application
Communicate to bank partners for submission of legal Documents and Loan Proceeds
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Graduate of BS in Management/Marketing or Business Management or any related courses
At least (1) year experience in the same field
Proficient in computer applications
Good analytical skills, has a leadership skill and can do multi-tasking
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent Problem-solving and organizational Skills
Time Management skills
