JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend to all phone/ email sales inquiries from customer
Process Customer orders in an efficient and timely manner
Responsible for order fulfilment and ensuring accurate input of sales order to QAD system
Close follow up with Planner and Operations to ensure on time delivery to customer
Provide pre-alert and shipping details to customer
Ensure accuracy and timely dispatch of shipping related documentation that meets customer requirement and expectations
Generate invoice on a timely basis for all orders that were completed
Handle customer complaints , provide appropriate solutions and closures of Non Compliance Report
Support Sales team to meet the monthly forecast target
Arrange customer set up and support new business requirement
Generate Require monthly report
Ensure Compliance and Proper documentation and Keeping of records
Performed any other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 or more years of experience in Sales coordination/ Customer Service/ Order fulfilment
Active safety management experience
Ability to work quickly (deadline-driven) and creatively to prioritise and meet deadlines
Ability to work with counterparts of highly demanding customers
Possess Good Communication Skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining focus and productivity and quickly adapting to new situations
Strives for continuous improvement, works collaboratively and effectively, gives and receives feedback
