Qualifications
> Excellent verbal and written English
> BPO Experience is required for this position (1 year or more is preferred)
> Can communicate or coordinate effectively with clients outside of Philippines
> Will accept Highschool graduates (With BPO experience)
Duties and Responsibilities:
> Be trained to become a sales representative in our company
> Manage both inbound and outbound calls.
> Serve as the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with services and features.
> Work with a team to assist with customer needs or clarifications
> Work under a supervisor and manager and report issues and concerns that need to be addressed.
> Can communicate effectively with clients outside of Philippines.
> Can work under minimal supervision
