Job Overview:
You will perform cash collection activities and ensure it meets the requirements of the client by reducing debt aging, maximizing cash collection, and collecting high-quality dispute information while maintaining a professional relationship with the client and their debtors.
Job Objectives:
To collect and recover customer receivables and debt.
To maintain exceptional customer relationships by doing regular communication and feedback.
To ensure individual key performance objectives are achieved on target within the prescribed time-scales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to client and company core values.
Take responsibility for personal development including getting a proper team and HR support for development programs that are timely and relevant.
Ensure simple customer complaints are recognized, recorded, acknowledged, and resolved efficiently.
Guarantee accurate maintenance of records and complete documentation of all accomplished work.
Ensure timely and accurate understanding of and compliance with all: company, client, regulatory, fair trading, and competition policies; adherence to health, safety, and security responsibilities; and maintain a high level of proficiency regarding client services, policies, and site.
Job Specifications:
Bachelors Degree in any four or five-year course.
Excellent communication skills.
Has language proficiency test result is a plus.
Has experience in customer service accounts; recommended but not required.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule and during holidays.
Willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.
