JOB DESCRIPTION
THE ROLE
As a Customer Service and Administrative Specialist, you are expected to assist customers with all queries through phone and emails. You are also to manage data and track purchases for shipment.
JOB QUALIFICATION
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
> Answer phone queries
> Manage customers’ queries through email, phone, and live chat
> Manage and keep current ticket listings up to date
> Track and confirm orders and cancellations
> Check each order for accuracy
> Check each event listing for accuracy
> Research potential fraudulent orders
> Manage data and inventory
> Manage FedEx and electronic shipping
> Track, confirm, process, and ship orders
> Compile and submit chargeback disputes
> Assist with business development projects and ideas
 
QUALIFICATIONS
> A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
> Must be able to type 50+ WPM, familiar with keyboard shortcuts
> Experience in a multi-client environment
> Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
> Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
> Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
> Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
> Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
