JOB DESCRIPTION
THE ROLE
As the Employee Engagement Specialist, you will create a strategic full year of employee engagement programs across several lines of businesses.
JOB QUALIFICATION
SCHEDULE: 6 AM - 3 PM Manila Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinate and oversee employee engagement activities organization-wide
Plan events
Conduct proactive communications to engage employee
Handle the coordination and participation in events planned and implemented
Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed
Plan and implement an annual calendar for employee engagement activities across the group
Create, maintain, and analyze reports and records gathered from the employee engagement activities
Manage and work on the action plans for the staff satisfaction survey
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Mass Communication or equivalent
Preferably with 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience in a multi-client environment
Strong organization and planning skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a robust sense of accountability, sound judgment, and dependability
Adept in graphic designing and video production programs is a plus
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong analytical skills, hardworking and proactive
Able to work under pressure, tight timelines, result orientated, strong problem solving, and good analytical skill
Strong data management skills
Verbal and written communication skills are excellent
Data management, analytics and reporting preparation skilled
Can function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
