As one of Australia's fastest growing e-Commerce companies, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent who will be responsible for communicating with Australian customers and sellers through inbound/outbound phone calls, live chat and tickets via our Zendesk ticketing software as thoroughly and efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities
Educate customers about submitting enquiries and accessing their MyDeal Account.
Effectively manage multiple interactions and adapt to change within a fast-paced work environment.
Understand the customer requirements and effectively communicate a solution.
Liaise with internal departments, account managers and our tech team.
Communicating with customers and couriers via inbound and outbound phone calls.
Processing refunds

Should be amenable to work onsite
You must have 2+ years customer service experience.
Highly analytical and data focused
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Able to prioritize and time manage workload.
Resourceful when encountered with uncertain situations
Experience with Zendesk ticketing software is a plus.
