Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
2-3 years working experience as a Customer Relation Specialist
Background in real estate industry handling customer service is a plus

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop a strong and trusted relationship with customers through timely and accurate communications
Create plans to address clients' business needs
Manage high volume of customer calls to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Resolve customer issues in accurate and timely manner
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Maintain and update documents related to customer accounts and business reports
Develop new business opportunities in every customer communication
Validate and qualify new customers before referring to the appropriate sales manager
Assist in developing sales and marketing initiatives
Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
Assist technical and marketing teams in developing marketing materials and proposals.
Generate customer reports on periodic basis
