Rate: $7/hr, and earn 70,000 PHP +/month.
Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST with 30 min unpaid lunch and two 15 minute paid breaks.
Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Tackle complex technical challenges.
- Lead efforts to improve support workflows
- Mentor junior team members. 
- Play a key role in helping customers succeed with the Netlify platform by resolving advanced issues related to web development, deployments, and platform integrations.
- This role emphasizes autonomy, team leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive organizational improvements.
Must Have Requirements:
Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing technical role, with demonstrated expertise in resolving complex issues.
- Extensive experience deploying and troubleshooting web projects using the Netlify platform, including serverless functions, static site generators (e.g., Gatsby, Next.js), and integrations. 
- Strong technical proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and CI/CD workflows.
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and debugging tools (e.g., browser developer tools, logging frameworks).
 
Attributes:
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and address ambiguous challenges. 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
 
 
Nice To Have Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DNS configurations, CDN setups, and advanced hosting environments.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations such as OAuth, analytics tools, or A/B testing platforms.
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team efficiency.
