Job Description
Conducts First-Response to Walk-In customers/Dealer Network Inquiries on products
Guiding the customers about the products and services of the company
Undertakes handover discussions with customers for new vehicle releases, to ensure first hand appreciation of the customer to the vehicles.
Keep and maintain required records and files of the department
Maintain good customer relation and handle service customer concerns.
Minimum Qualifications
College Graduate preferably related to customer relations
Must have 1 year of previous experience on similar job
Ability to effectively present information to customers
Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
