Job Descriptions
Conducts Post Service Follow Up (PSFU) for General Job and Body and Paint customers.
Handles customer contact (inquiry or concern categorized as normal/ ordinary) either through phone, letter or personal visit.
Communicates with customers and coordinate customer complaint to the concerned department.
Coordinates with TMP CRO Counterpart on status of concerns referred by TMP and concerns referred by dealer needing TMP's assistance.
Reports to the CRO Manager concerns that need TMP's assistance and/ or concerns that need to be elevated to higher management for decision.
Job Qualifications
College graduate of any 4-year course in Communication Management, Business Management or equivalent.
Preferably with background on customer service in an automotive industry.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Experience:
Customer Relations: 1 year (Preferred)
