Job Description
Provide answers to customers' questions and address the problems and complaints they have.
Resolving issues for customers who are unhappy with their products, services received, or the amount they were billed
Handle complaints, and provide general product advice
Do some ad-hoc tasks from time to time as advised by the immediate head
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of a 4-year course
with at least 6-month to1 year relevant working experience in the same industry
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skill
Amenable to work in Pasig City
Able to work under pressure
Amenable to work from Mondays-Saturdays
