With Customer Quality Experience is an advantage
With knowledgeable in problem solving tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, OCAP, DOE, 7QC Tools, PPAP, APQP, IATF, Six Sigma
Proficient on Microsoft office application
Primary Function:
Acts as the main window person for customers. Achieves and maintains preferred supplier status for FSCI. Champions initiatives for overall customer satisfaction.
Responsible for directing, overseeing and monitoring all activities related to satisfying external customer requirements. Ensures that customer quality assurance services and final products meet and exceed customer expectations.
