Job Summary
The Customer Process Application Administrator is responsible for managing the data accuracy, security, availability and efficiency of the Customer Management System (CMS). This includes the management and use of the CMS in handling transactional requirements of the service application, meter reading, billing, bill delivery, payments, unpaid bills, service irregularity, customer assistance, and Device Management Systems processes.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field.
With good written and verbal skills
Proficient in using MS Office applications
Preferably with experience working on customer service systems and platforms
Working in a customer service environment, such as sales and marketing is a plus
