Job Summary: Assists in determining lines of credit for customers; performing collection calls on past due merchandise/institutional accounts; collaborating cooperatively with customers and the client's personnel to secure payment. Must be able to manage collections on all types of accounts (merchandise/equipment/institutional) with a concentration in all Strategic Market involvement.Duties and Responsibilities - Strategic Markets
Main responsibilities encompass all aspects of Strategic Markets including Large Group, Mid-Market, Institutions, Government, CHC, and Schools.
Demonstrates strong customer service skills while serving as one of client's main Strategic Market collections' advocates.
Efficiently follows up with Strategic Market Field Directors, Regional Sales Managers and Territory Representatives regarding customer account status.
Performs check processing and the remittance posting on accounts.
Effectively performs account reconciliations.
Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the Strategic Market CFS team.
Assists in reducing financial risks by requesting credit reports/references on new accounts to determine credit worthiness and the appropriate issuing of terms and credit limits per established policy guidelines.
RequirementsQualifications:
Preferably 2 years of experience in customer finance support role.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Excellent verbal & written communication, customer service, and computer skills
Previous credit and collections experience preferred.
Exhibits strong Word, Excel, and Qlik Sense skills and other RPA programs.
