Duties and Responsibilities:
• Converse and provide assistance to customers through online chat portals
• Ensure all enquiries are addressed efficiently throughout the chat conversation
• Respond to customer emails
• Handle order processing tasks and customer refunds
• Identify customer issues and outline available support options
• Escalate questions, as necessary
• Manage and update database
• Record and document each question or problem as well as each respective answer or solution
• Provide basic administrative support, as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service
• Chat and email support experience
• Understanding of any CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to details
• Comfortable and happy in answering queries from customers
• High problem solving skills
• Proactive and ability to multitask
• High attention to detail
• Good analytical and problem solving skill
• Experience in Freshworks, Salesforce CRM, Elvanti, Encompass would be nice to have
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English
