We're looking for a Customer Support / Customer Experience Specialist to help us manage our e-commerce business.
As our CES, you'll be playing a key part in customer service, order management, email marketing, Amazon listings management, and social media. In short, you'll be the beating heart of the company.
 
And don't worry, you won't have to take calls. At all. Ever. 
 
You'll have the opportunity to fine-tune your customer service and digital marketing chops and learn valuable skills straight from e-commerce industry leaders themselves. If you don’t have any background or experience in digital marketing--- don’t worry! We’ll provide you with the necessary training to make sure you’re more than ready to take on your daily tasks. You'll be trained and also work alongside the Terran team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Once hired, these will be some of your responsibilities:
Ensure that our customers get the best service
Curate engaging content for our social media pages
Manage social media pages by replying to messages and comments
Create and monitor Amazon advertising (PPC) campaigns
Perform SEO site audits when necessary
Regularly audit and manage Amazon product pages to ensure accurate and optimized listings
Monitor and reply to Amazon customer reviews
Answer customer emails and messages on Helpscout, Amazon, and eBay
Manage multiple projects at one time
Remember, if you don’t have experience in digital marketing or Amazon--- that’s okay. You just need to have an open mind and be willing (and able!) to learn things as you go.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
