CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE
Work Type: Telco - Customer Service - Voice Campaign
Work Condition: Permanent - Full-time Employment
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Reporting Site: BGC / EASTWOOD
Work Schedule: AU Dayshift
Start Date: 18 October 2021
Salary Package: 22,000.00 all in package
About the Role:
Under the supervision of the Circle Leaders, the primary objective of the Customer Experience Executive position is to provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner on every call as measured by different performance metrics.

• AU Campaign

• 2 Rest days in a week
• HMO Dependents Program
• 24 PTOs / Leave Credits Annually
