Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any business courses
1 year of working experience as a Customer Service in a semiconductor or electronics company
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills - working knowledge in MS Office (Excel) and SAP Business One (B1)
Background/experience in semiconductors or electronics industry

Job Summary:
Responsible for processing customer sales orders on time to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Delivering information and resolving issues in an accurate and timely manner, while supporting good relationships with both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, pricing and services offered
Inform customers of changes to order expectations
Follow up with the Sales Team on customer issues.
Establish, maintain, and update files, records, and other documents essential to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Investigate and respond to inter-departmental and customer inquires
Backlog management - drive hold releases, ensure delivery commitments are met,communicate order status to customers and sales.
Meet quality, productivity, turnaround time and/or metric needs, improving quality and other expectations.
Other tasks that maybe assigned by immediate superior.
