We are looking for a Customer Data Analyst to assist our customers with analysing their data and gaining insights to improve processes and reduce risk.
Customer Data Analyst responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities of the Analytics module as well as suggesting best practises. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust.
The role will give you a lot of exposure and interaction directly with the customer, build up know how around Enterprise systems and integrations. You will work with some of the worlds leading organisations (EDF Energy, BAE Systems, Novartis, Mondelez, etc.) with HICX on some of the most challenging projects.

Key responsibilities include:
Support our internal and external customers to gather reporting requirements and help them to realize their need for data.
You extract and explore data from different sources to find insights.
You define and monitor key metrics.
You create and help analyze reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Define and build standard reports which can be used across all of our customers.
Contribute to the product pipeline and suggest new features which our customer will love and help to deliver results faster.
You are a trusted adviser for your business stakeholders and assist in finding the answers that they need to drive projects.
You mentor and support other analysts and share your knowledge actively.
To be successful in this Data Analyst role we are seeking someone with the following experience
Knowledge of querying SQL Databases for reporting beyond just the basics (nested queries, union all, advanced functions, group by, crosstabs, etc.)
An appetite to learn and grow
Experience with using complex formulae in Excel
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
