This role will conceptualize, strategize, and lead FWD's customer content marketing efforts, tactics, and campaigns, including the management of FWD's two blogs, monthly newsletters, email marketing, product content, and lifestyle article syndication, that will drive awareness, consideration, engagement, and leads generation. He will also lead customer content projects that are in line with creating clear and understandable materials for FWD customers.
He/She will be responsible for putting together, implementing, and recalibrating the content strategy planning content and finalizing the content calendar overseeing content production, distributing the content, and reviewing analytics. Also part of this is incorporating trends jacking, omnichannel approach, keyword research, and SEO to achieve acquisition and engagement KPIs. He/she should also be able to find or create distribution channels for FWD's content so more people can see and consume the content.
The successful candidate must be a creative storyteller, a strategic planner, and one that is in tune with what customers want, need, and are interested in. He/She must also be able to manage freelancers and agencies involved in content production and have great eye for good design and ear for copywriting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for coming up with, implementing and distributing an effective, efficient, integrated, and data-driven strategy for all FWD's content marketing efforts, including the management of FWD's blogs, monthly newsletters/email marketing activities, product content, monthly content syndication, white papers, and other content requirements for launch/existing campaigns
2. Manage content production and process, including briefing, overseeing, and approving the works of freelancers, contributors, and agencies content planning and scheduling and coming up with the right messaging to the right audience in order to drive intended KPIs for various projects and campaigns.
3. Lead and represent marketing in various cross-department projects and campaigns centered on customer content.
4. Conceptualize, lead, and distribute content campaigns Manage content requirements, in different formats and platforms, for marketing campaigns and efforts, including the introduction of new formats and distribution platforms that FWD can leverage on.
5. Utilize data-driven approach using analytics tool, research, trends jacking, and keyword research/SEO when analyzing, strategizing, conceptualizing, executing, evaluating, and recalibrating strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to achieve targets. Propose solutions and quickly pivot based on results.
Skills and Experience
University Graduate from a reputable institution.
Have taken courses in Marketing, Communications People Centered Design, Content marketing, etc.

Communications/Strategic Communications/Writing/Editing: Must have background in communications and content creation as writer and editor excellent communication skills excellent writing and copywriting skills.
Content Marketing: Must have experience in managing and leading content marketing efforts and campaigns, end to end, from conceptualization to execution, including management of blogs, newsletters, content syndication, and white papers self-starter, proactive, results-driven, and decisive.
Content production management: Must be able to do and manage/oversee content production and process, end to end, from content strategy, content planning, scheduling, conceptualization, execution, approval, distribution, review and recalibration background in editorial management or creative direction and has led editorial and creative teams.
Master storyteller: Must be able to create and conceptualize content and messaging that are cohesive, customer-centric, interesting, educational, relatable, and engaging. Candidate must not just be creative but also strategic, able to create campaigns that will both entice the intended audience and, at the same time, fulfill a business purpose and KPI.
Strategic thinking: Must be able to clearly understand targets and translate them to strategies create, conceptualize and implement strategies that have a more future-proof, integrated view, taking into consideration all aspects can articulate the link between corporate strategy and functional strategy.
Data-driven, analytical, and solutions-oriented: Must be able to utilize analytics tools and reports, analyze data, and glean insights to recalibrate/restrategize/realign campaigns Flexible and quick to pivot
Creative and conceptual: Must be able to come up with ideas, direct content strategies from infancy Come up with creative insights and ingenious solutions or uses for new and existing tools in social media good eye and instincts for design and concepts
Customer insighting: Must have working knowledge or familiarity with customer insighting, behavior, segmentations, etc. and create customized campaign experience depending on the target market, need, and requirements have developed an instinct for what customers want to see, hear, read, and experience
Content pulse and market trends/topics: Must have familiarity with different platforms, executions, and formats and be in-the-know for new, upcoming ones never settles for the status quo or the conventional Up-to-date with market trends that can be leveraged on social media and video content and campaigns
