Job Description:
Qualifications:
-Good verbal and written English
-With BPO Experienced is required for this position (1 year or more is preferred)
-With Technical Support experience is preferred but not required
-Can communicate or coordinate effectively with clients outside of Philippines
-Amenable to work onsite
-Amenable for graveyard shift
-Will accept Highschool graduates (With BPO experience)
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Coordinate or communicate directly with our physicians and doctors through our mobile application (Curogram).
-Manage both inbound and outbound calls.
-Serve as the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with services and features.
-Work with a team to assist with customer needs or clarifications
-Work under a supervisor and manager and report issues and concerns that need to be addressed.
-Communicate effectively with clients outside of Philippines.
