Facility - alter to calls from Doctors/ of Hospitals / Large Clinics about claims about claim status inquiry, disputes and reprocessing.
Professional - Caters to calls from Doctors / Processors of Small Clinics about claims about claim status inquiry, disputes and reprocessing.
Qualifications
College Graduate - with or without BPO Experience
Associate Graduates
Amenable to work in Eastwood
*Good Communication Skills
*Customer Service Oriented
Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing
Amenable to work in shifts and holidays
Willing to work in Quezon City
Call center experience is an advantage but not required
